Refund please...

I just want a refund. I spent $40 and everytime I put my son on to play it. It works for a little while then it take me to the screen where I have to pay for it. I'm already logged in and everything. It's just not working for us. Now I just rather have my money back. I tried talking to someone thru Facebook and I told them I would try and stay but it's just not going well... Thanks!

    Thanks so much for giving TinyTap a try; we really wanted to help your son. You should not be directed to the payment screen if you are already logged in as a subscribed customer. Are you sure you’re logged in with the account that has upgraded to TinyTap Pro, and not another account?

    As the subscription and cancellation processes are conducted via iTunes, I suggest requesting a refund from iTunes directly. Try “reporting a problem” (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) and keep us posted on what is determined.

    In the meantime, we’d appreciate your help fixing the bug you mentioned about being redirected to the payment page. Do you mind doing a screen recording (https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-use-ios-11-built-in-screen-recording-feature/) to show us what happens so that we can ensure that it doesn’t happen again? In return for this favor, we could give you a complimentary subscription.
