    I have got no sound with Tiny Tap. Very frustrating, we created a game with the pupils and they can't play. I checked the 2 mute switches.

    • Here's my idea. No more malware

      One of your apps installed some type of malware that causes your website to pop up in a new tab on my phone browser over and over and over. It is extremely annoying and I would like instruction on how to remove it. Please do not ask me dumb questions about what url it is or what app is to blame. I know that this was deliberate and you or someone else in your company knows about it.

        Hi, we know the world can be a scary place, but there’s no need to start off with this tone.

        We have heard about this issue, but are unable to recreate, so your cooperation is valuable. Our main app is TinyTap but we also have a few Stand Alone apps on Android.

        Can you share with us which of our apps do you have installed?
        And what exactly is happening, if you can take a quick video with your phone and share it at support@tinytap.it, we’ll be able to help you faster.

      • Switch Access

        Before the most recent update (2 weeks ago), I was able to use a single switch to advance to the next screen for the “ask a question” pages. Now it’s not working...which is super frustrating. Please fix this.

            I used the share link to post my game in a web tool called Deck.toys. When the kids try playing it the slides don't switch automatically when they have completed a question, but more importantly, only two of the slides show up. After the second one, when they click the arrow to move to the next one, it starts over again. Please help as I really need this as part of my lesson. I tried to find a help page on your website, but can't.

              We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing technical difficulties.

              We’ll need a few more details in order to investigate the problem and try to fix it:
              – What are the names of your game and your TinyTap account?
              – Did you update your game and save any recent changes to the TinyTap cloud?
              – What device are you working on?
              – Does the game play properly and in its entirety when you’re in the TinyTap app (as opposed to Deck.toys)?
              – We aren’t familiar with Deck.toys – can you explain why you’re sharing the game there rather than assigning it on TinyTap directly?

              It would probably be more convenient to continue the conversation over email. That way you could also send a recording of the error, which would give our team more clues as to how to fix it. Please send the requested details and recording to support@tinytap.it

            • Refund please...

              I just want a refund. I spent $40 and everytime I put my son on to play it. It works for a little while then it take me to the screen where I have to pay for it. I'm already logged in and everything. It's just not working for us. Now I just rather have my money back. I tried talking to someone thru Facebook and I told them I would try and stay but it's just not going well... Thanks!

                Thanks so much for giving TinyTap a try; we really wanted to help your son. You should not be directed to the payment screen if you are already logged in as a subscribed customer. Are you sure you’re logged in with the account that has upgraded to TinyTap Pro, and not another account?

                As the subscription and cancellation processes are conducted via iTunes, I suggest requesting a refund from iTunes directly. Try “reporting a problem” (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) and keep us posted on what is determined.

                In the meantime, we’d appreciate your help fixing the bug you mentioned about being redirected to the payment page. Do you mind doing a screen recording (https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-use-ios-11-built-in-screen-recording-feature/) to show us what happens so that we can ensure that it doesn’t happen again? In return for this favor, we could give you a complimentary subscription.

                  If you select a country / language that doesn’t yet have a large selection of content, you will start to see games in other languages as well.

                  In the Dutch version is a spelling error: the word ‘Vowassenen’ (Meaning: adults) should be: ‘volwassenen’ (+ letter l)

                    • Turn off "smart play"

                      I have seen people complaining about "smart play" several times. Unfortunately, I have the same concern. I have turned it off multiple times. However, sometimes when I open the app, it turns on again.
                      Maybe you can make the subscribers having the option turned off by default?
                      It really causes a serious distraction for the students doing their homework.

                            Sorry to hear that you’re encountering technical difficulties. Please try restarting the app: double tap the home-button, swipe TinyTap up to close it, and then re-launch it.

                            This is a pesky bug that we are currently working to resolve, but closing and re-opening the app should fix the problem in the meantime.

                            I am not interested in subscribing to your app. You made me enter my details to see what was offered - I did that on one occasion & had no interest in using the app after seeing what was on offer.                                       – What operating system is installed on the device?
                                      – Which version of TinyTap is installed?
                                      – At what specific point/s does the app crash and freeze? (i.e. immediately upon opening, starting to play a game, trying to create a game, trying to upload a created game, etc)

                                      Tiny Tap was installed on my phone, but I uninstalled it and about 2 or 3 weeks after is when I started having problems with an error from Tiny Tap which keeps popping up on my phone. My cell number is 703-915-6534 and I have a Droid Turbo. It has gotten to the point where I can't do anything because it pops up constantly. I need it to stop...go away.

                                        Thanks for reaching out. We realize this is extremely frustrating. Is it possible you have any other apps published by TinyTap installed on your phone – see this list: https://play.google.com/store/search?q=tinytap&hl=en

                                        This is a bug that is caused by TinyTap Android apps that our team is working to solve. It should be resolved once the app is deleted. Is it possible you have another user account setup on your phone and one of the apps mentioned is installed there?

                                            We have only encountered this issue in the past when a TinyTap app is downloaded (or was previously downloaded) on an Android device.

                                            Can you please confirm your current operating system? Did you recently update your operating system?

                                            Trust us, it’s not our intention to frustrate you. We are a team of tech/app lovers and we would driven mad if we couldn’t use our devices as we wanted.
