Hi. Im an art therapist and I'm using tiny tap with clients. I wanted to know if there is a way to save their stories privately. Since I use the same computer with them...I wonder if there is a way to create different "home pages" or is it possible to save the stories somewhere else in the computer (not to publish them via facebook etc) so I can open them separately.4 votes
Hi there, glad TinyTap is a useful tool for your art therapy! You can always save a game privately and email the link (instead of sharing it publicly on the TinyTap market or via Facebook).
We also recommend creating blank cover pages for the games so that even if it shows up on your device’s homepage, unless you play the game you won’t know anything about its content (and thus you protect your clients’ privacy).
Hope this helps!
My downloaded games keep disappearing, even the one I made. I'm using a nexus 5.2 votes
Apologies for the delayed reply. In cases like this, we suggest un-installing TinyTap, restarting your device, and then reinstalling TinyTap. Also, always be sure to save the games you create!
Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

The ads that sit along the bottom of the screen cover the answer options making it impossible to play some games. Please find another option.1 vote
Thanks for writing in. If you download TinyTap (free) and play the games from there, your experience is ad free … plus you’ll have access to thousands more games and you can even make your own.
Of course the ads should never make it impossible to play the games – do you mind telling us which specific game and page you’re referring to so that we can fix this?

If I download more than 8 games it erases the previous ones...
Also, I have double copies of the last games and when I scroll down the app closes.
Hi Galit – Sorry to hear you’re experiencing technical difficulties; glad you reached out. From what device are you using TinyTap? This will help us get to the bottom of the issues you listed. Thanks!

For some odd reason the emails tiny tap sends to confirm my activation do not come through....please help1 vote
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties. Have you checked to see if the activation email accidentally went to your spam folder? Let us know if the problem still isn’t resolved …
Can’t wait to have you aboard,

Thanks for writing in! One of the advantages of TinyTap is that you don’t have to wait for someone else to create your dream game – you can create your own games! If you don’t find the current selection challenging enough, give it a try and create your own! Does this address your suggestion?
I love using your app to create games for older learners, but when I share them with educators I always have to start with the disclaimer "Don't be misled by the yellow bear, this is not just a pre-school app!". I think you would expand your marketability, and make it clear that it is a wonderful tool for all levels and ages of users.1 vote
Thanks for the feedback! The TinyTap you know and love is indeed “growing up” and catering to a more mature audience. We’re happy to update that the big redesign is awaiting Apple’s approval and will hopefully be out next week … stay tuned!
I saw from earlier posts that a version for high school and beyond is in the works. Any progress on that? If it is named a different app please advertise!1 vote
It won’t be a separate app – the TinyTap you know and love is just “growing up” and catering to a more mature audience. We’re happy to update that the big redesign is awaiting Apple’s approval and will hopefully be out next week! Stay tuned!

Can you give us the following information to help us troubleshoot the issue:
1. What device are you using?
2, What OS version is installed?
3. Does it happen with every game or just this one?
We also recommend restarting your wifi router and iPad and trying again … it might be what the doctor ordered :)
Thanks to have made the game on android. It's great!1 voteAdminTinyTap (Admin, TinyTap) responded
Glad you’re enjoying it! We would love to see what you create … !
Be able to use videos you take on your iPad. This would be so useful for the children I work with in sign language.
It's great that you have now got video access but would it be possible to use them from your album on the iPad. I can't upload videos on to YouTube as I can't have videos of the children I work with on there. Keep up the good work though. This is the best App out there!!!1 vote
Hi there, we’re glad you like the video feature! You can upload an “unlisted video” to YouTube.
It’s just like a private video, but can be added to TinyTap games! It won’t appear in YouTube search results so it’s safe and should solve your problem.
I prepared a game that if too long. I would like to split it in several parts. Is there a way to do it? I tried to rename it, but it's not the right way.
Doubling pages, could be useful for the same issue.1 vote
Hi Isabella, thanks for the great suggestions. They are definitely in our road map as we continue to improve TinyTap. In the meanwhile, each completed page is saved as a photo in your device’s “TinyTap” album. You’ll have to re-create the activities for each page, but it’s a shortcut for getting the images exactly the way you want them laid out. Hope this helps!
I find it misleading that you don't inform customers what and how much cost downloading things on the iPad app. You should make that explici1 vote
Hi there, thanks for reaching out.
All of TinyTap is currently free.
That being said, certain apps need to be unlocked after a bit of playing the game.
We encourage you to visit TinyTap, where you can find thousands of completely free apps and even create your own.
I would like to email my game to my professor as part of my class project but when I click email a friend, I have no luck. Please advise...1 vote

I love this app but it would be great if as well as tapping for a correct answer children could also drag an object.
I would love to be able to make picture sequences that are mixed up and children have to drag the pictures into the correct position. This would be a great new idea if you could drag not just tap!1 vote
Hi Nicole, we love your creativity! Have you tried executing this idea with our Puzzle mode? Once you arrange your images on the page and click “Add Activity” (top right corner), you’re presented with different activity options – one of them is Puzzle. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Which game exactly have you tried deleting?
We tried this several times to see if there was a bug and everything seems to be working fine.
